Order processing

We usually process your order within 2 to 3 business days of receiving it.

Delivery

Orders are shipped through our courier services and delivered within 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped, so you can follow its progress on the carrier's website.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and vary depending on the destination and the size of the order. Shipping is free to mainland Spain on orders of €100 or more, and we also offer free shipping to the rest of the world on orders of €180 or more.

Changes to your order

You can make changes to your order within 12 hours of placing it, simply by contacting our customer service team.
