It's not just wool. It's landscape transformed into material, it's memory that shelters, it's a link between time and earth. In each Wool4life creation, the fiber thinks, the gesture cares, and beauty repairs the world.

5Ways: Transhumant Merino Wool Shawl
Wrap yourself in the soft warmth of a merino wool shawl, a unique piece that celebrates the ancient tradition of transhumance. The wool comes from Merino sheep that cross vast landscapes in search of the best pastures, following a natural cycle that guarantees both its exceptional quality and a sustainable relationship with the environment.
Presented in natural colors that enhance its authentic beauty, this shawl is embellished with hand-dyed lines. These lines not only add a subtle and elegant touch of color, but also highlight the craftsmanship of the weaver, who has worked diligently to create each unique piece. It is a testament to the art and tradition that are intertwined in each thread, offering a perfect fusion between ancient and contemporary.
By wearing this shawl, you not only wrap yourself in its comforting warmth, but you also carry with you the history and legacy of transhumance. It is a choice for those who appreciate discreet luxury and authenticity, honoring a way of life that connects deeply with the earth and respects its natural cycles.

Care
To keep your Wool4Life wool garments and items in perfect condition for a long time, we recommend following these care instructions. Wash only when necessary; often, airing it in the sun or in a ventilated place is enough to eliminate odors.
If you need to wash it, do so by hand or on a special wool program, with cold or lukewarm water (maximum 30 °C) and using a specific mild detergent. Avoid rubbing or twisting the garment, it is better to press gently. Do not use bleach, as it can damage the natural fiber. To dry, remove excess water by wrapping the garment in a towel and pressing lightly, then let it dry horizontally on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
Store the garments folded in a dry place, never hanging, to prevent them from deforming, and if possible, add lavender or cedar sachets to protect them from moths. With use, pilling may appear, especially in areas of friction; you can easily remove it with a wool comb or a lint remover. This way, your wool garments will stay like new for years.
